Judy: My DT project for this week is a Mother's Day card using Bluebell Flower Girl Darling Buds. I printed this pretty digi and colored with Prismacolor Pencils before trimming to a rectangle shape. This piece was matted with silver metallic card. I added ribbon to the upper left and lower right corners. The image was framed with a die cut and added to the card base where another ribbon was added and the sentiment printed. I added pearls to complete my design.

Renske - Hello, Crafty Friends! In this edition, I've crafted a heartfelt Mother's Day card. I used the digital stamp "Bunny Rabbit with Mum greetings card",and coloured it with my alcohol markers.The backdrop is fashioned from the Love always printable papers 3 bundle, wich boasts a charming heart-shaped window to frame the sentiment, 'Happy Mother's Day. May your day be as special as you are.' You can find this sentiment in the "Spring Flower Mothers Day Friends Greeting Sentiments" set. With careful assembly and the addition of extra blooms from the digital stamp, this card is sure to bring a smile to your mum's face. Hope you like it. Happy Crafting! Christine - Hello everyone, I'm super excited to join the Polkadoodles team so for today I have made two cards. The task was to create a card for Mothers Day and for my first card I chose this cute Butterfly Tree Fairy and colored her up with my Copic markers. For my pattern paper I chose three different sheets from the Alcea Hollyhock Flowers bundle. The sentiment is from Spring Flower-Mothers Day-Friend sentiments.

For my second card I colored up Winnie - Missed You with my Copic markers and framed the image in a Box frame. This is actually a birthday card for my mom, so it will be hand delivered. The pattern papers I used are from the Pretty Winnie Daisy collection. The sentiment is also from the same Spring Flower-Mothers Day-Friend sentiments bundle.

ENRICA - Hello crafty friends! This week I had no doubts about the subject to use for my card… My mom is passionate about gardening and, to be honest, her flowers are really beautiful! For her card I used the b/w image and papers from the Dahlia Flower 2 - digital stamp download, SVG, papers, greeting bundle, colored with Copic. The sentiment is from the Spring Flower Mothers Day Friends greetings sentiments set. I’m pretty sure she will like it!

Irre - Hello everyone! I made this cute tag using this fun Rebel digital stamp. I added lots of texture to give it a mixed media feel.

Pam - I selected Polkadoodles Lilac Haze Watercoloured Flowers. and made bright bold red flowers with monochromatic leaves that coordinated with the background paper from the digital package. After adding the solid background matting, I cut the coordinating red cardstock to wrap around the card. Once the flaps were secured, I added the tiny die cut scalloped edging and then the sentiment in the center of the 'v' to complete the card design.

Merja - I've wanted to use this beautiful Natures Beauty Girl image ever since I saw it first time 💚 I wanted to try something different and do a little messy look so I chose to play with Ecoline Brush Pens and water - even though there were the change that the printer ink would start to spread. But it didn't spread so much, maybe because I printed the image few weeks ahead. It was a nice change for using something else than alcohol markers and I think that messy look fits perfectly with this image.

RACHAEL - Have you been asked to make some wedding cards, invitations, save the dates, or other table wear for a wedding? This clear stamp set called Wedding Season is perfect for making them. For this invitation, I used a gatefold design with a wraparound front, embellished with the stamps in the set. To make matching backing paper I used the tiny heart in the set to randomly stamp making perfect matching papers! simple but elegant!

Nunzia - I created this card using the Happy Cactus collection which is so cute...

Wendy L - I created this pop up box using precoloured digital stamps from the Perfect Peony collection - unusual for me not to color myself but sometimes you just need to make something different to the norm. Hope you like it!

Rachael - I've used this lovely Perfectly Balanced January digi stamp - I love that she's also a clipart version too so you don't have to colour, but I wanted to co-ord her with my card ...hope you like her!

Renske - Hello everyone, we were tasked to create an easel card using a Lucy Monkman stamp. For my card, I decided to combine two digital stamps: "Garden Flowers/Watering Can" and "Cute Girl with Flowers". The easel card was perfect for creating a cute scene, so I placed the girl behind a window with a plant and a watering can sitting in the grass in front of it.
To complete the scene, I also used the "Nuts About You" clear stamp set. From this set, I used the tree trunk and leaves. I then added digital paper from the "Helga Hippo Paper Heaven 4" set to the bottom of the card. The colours of the paper perfectly matched the card background. I also used the same ink I used for the stone background on the patterned paper to make it match better. Finally, to complete the easel card, I used the sentiment "You're blooming great" as a stopper. I found this sentiment in the "Spring Gnome Fun Puns, Quotes, and Sentiments" digital paper set. Irre - Hello everyone. I'm back with a new project for Polkadoodles. I chose this time to create a small canvas. I created this with the digital stamp called Rebel Rebel Girl. I colored her with Copic alcohol markers. The background of the canvas I colored with ink spray and acrylic paints. I decorated the canvas with sewing thread behind the colored stamp and framed the canvas with black flower pot stones. I added some more textures with art stones and added with splatters to the canvas. ENRICA - Hello everyone! This week the DT was asked to make an Easel Card using one of the cute images from Lucy Monkman and for my round card I’ve colored the sweet Bunny and Birds, a super cute image of a Bunny with Birds singing, absolutely perfect for spring cards. I’ve colored it with Copic and Distress Ink for the background, added a sentiment from the Darling Buds greetings sentiment on the inside of the card. Hope you like it as much as I do! xx

Judy: This week I created an easel card. The card base was die cut and layered. My focal image is a Lucy Monkman digi, Dog Sitting On Parcels/Gifts. I colored with Spectrum Noir Market and fussy cut. I placed a patterned paper strip behind the image from the Birthday Fun 6x6 Paper Pack. Enamel dots were added. The inside of the card has my sentiment which is from Winnie Celebrations Kit 1 Sentiment Pack. I printed on white card and layered onto a yellow die cut. The bunting was die cut, colored and popped with foam tape to act as my stop for the card front flap.
